This collaboration aims to advance laparoscopic surgical skills among medical professionals through hands-on training programs in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery for resident physicians and serving as a platform for international knowledge exchange.
Bangkok, Thailand – 20 May 2025 B. Braun (Thailand) Ltd., a leading global medical technology company from Germany, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Thai-German Multidisciplinary Endoscopic Training Center under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (TG-MET). This collaboration aims to advance laparoscopic surgical skills among medical professionals through hands-on training programs in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery for resident physicians, while serving as a platform for international knowledge exchange.
The signing ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Korakot Sirimai, MD., Director of TG-MET, together with Mr. Sayan Roy, Managing Director of B. Braun (Thailand) Ltd.. This partnership will play a key role in enhancing the capabilities of medical personnel in the field of gynecology, while supporting the development of advanced surgical techniques and instrumentation, ultimately contributing to improved patient care and treatment outcomes.
This collaboration also reflects B. Braun’s strong commitment to “Sharing Expertise” in driving healthcare advancements through continuous support of medical education and training activities. This is achieved via the Aesculap Academy, B. Braun’s dedicated medical training center, which focuses on the holistic development of healthcare professionals worldwide.
