Mr. Sayan Roy, Managing Director, B. Braun (Thailand) Ltd. said:
“Receiving this recognition for seven consecutive years is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of our employees and their experience at B. Braun. More than a workplace achievement, it reinforces our belief that when people are empowered to grow and succeed, they strengthen our ability to support health care professionals, patients, and the communities we serve.
While innovation and technology continue to transform the health care industry, it is ultimately people who drive progress. That is why we are committed to building a future-ready workforce through continuous learning, leadership development, and opportunities for collaboration across functions and borders.
In 2025, our educational institution, Aesculap Academy, delivered 212 educational events, reaching more than 10,000 healthcare professionals across Thailand. This reflects our commitment to Sharing Expertise, supporting professional development and knowledge-sharing within the health care community.
For more than three decades in Thailand, our purpose has remained unchanged: to protect and improve the health of people around the world. We believe the best way to achieve that purpose is by continuously investing in the people who bring it to life every day.”
Miss Srisakul Sungsri, Head of People and Culture, B. Braun (Thailand) Ltd. added:
“Today's workforce seeks more than compensation and benefits. They look for purpose, opportunities for growth, and support for their overall well-being. We continuously listen to our employees and use their feedback to shape our people practices and workplace culture.
Our focus is to support employees throughout every stage of their journey, empowering them with development opportunities while investing in their health and well-being. We are also proud of the culture our employees have built together. Approximately 65 percent of our employees voluntarily participate in our CSR Club, while many others contribute through the Diversity Club, English Club, Football Club, and other employee-led initiatives. These communities help foster meaningful connections, encourage inclusion, and strengthen a sense of belonging.
According to HR Asia’s survey results, employees reported strong levels of engagement, willingness to recommend B. Braun as a great place to work, and intention to continue their careers with the organization. We believe these results reflect a culture that supports growth, engagement and collaboration."
