Bangkok, Thailand – 31 March, 2023 – B. Braun Thailand by ‘Diversity Club’ launched their first Diversity event with a Quarterly Cultural Exchange with a Korean theme. The event intended to educate, share, and celebrate the unique points of our Korean culture that makes diversity within our team crucial, and to empower our internal engagement.

Diversity is a concept that, as a company, B. Braun gives utmost importance to. It is the way in which we celebrate the strengths and differences within our team, and it is how we can grow forward. By recognizing, celebrating, and sharing these unique differences with each other, we can become stronger as a family, and as a company.  The Quarterly Cultural Exchange will aim to be an event that brings the club together to celebrate our differences each quarter.

This first event, we started with a Korean theme, voted by participating members. The event was 2 hours long and comprised of sharing and learning, featuring unique and personal perspectives from Korean staff who working in B. Braun Thailand.
At the end, we celebrated with Korean games, Ddakji, and food.

Our strengths lie in our differences, and this is the importance of diversity.
