On 6th June, 2023. Diversity Club by B. Braun Thailand, an Employee Resource Group (ERG), held an internal activity in our office embracing the theme B. Braun - Be YOU for #PrideDay.

Representatives of our employees comfortably shared personal and differing perspectives and experiences about #LGBTQ+.

The event featured an external guest speaker, Khun Panot Srinual, a novelist, researcher, and social activist etc., who led a discussion and exchanged knowledge, stories, and experiences to not only educate the B. Braun family, but to transform and build acceptance among employees.

Diversity Club by B. Braun Thailand aims to “exchange, embrace and celebrate the differences in gender, sexual orientation, culture, religious beliefs, race, ethnicity and other forms of diversity” in the workplace, and work to increase inclusion for everyone at the company.
