Wins HR ASIA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Awards for the first time and named Best Company to Work for in Asia 2023 for the fourth consecutive year

Bangkok, Thailand – 22 September, 2023 – B. Braun, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies, has been awarded the ‘HR ASIA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Awards’ for the first time and awarded the ‘HR Asia Best Company to Work for in Asia 2023’ for the fourth year in a row. The awards, which recognizes well-accepted human resource practices, high levels of employee engagement, and excellent workplace cultures of companies across Asia, reiterates B. Braun’s dedication to protect and improve people around the world driven by people at our core.

B. Braun Thailand was recognized among the 73 companies who were shortlisted as winners for 2023 from the 286 applicants from over 20 industries with certification based significantly on the employee’s feedback.

In management levels, the ratio is 66% female to 34% male. The “B. Braun Thailand Diversity Club” was also set-up to exchange, embrace and celebrate the different genders, sexual orientation, cultures, religious beliefs, race, ethnicity, and other forms of diversity in the workplace, and to create an inclusive work environment for everyone at the company.
